I want to send my products through email because they're just css codes in a zipped folders. But how can I do that? Probably most of my customers will use credit cards to pay and I want to get their email addresses so I can deliver it.

In setting up your merchant account you can ask that the email address be given. You can also set it up so that you receive notification of new payments, this will show the email address of the buyer as they too receive confirmation of payment via email.

I have used Paypal for 10 years and all of my orders have an email address with them.

You might also clarify on the order page that you need the correct email address in order to email the order to the customer.
Reply:The entire concept behind PayPal is that buyers and sellers are able to send and receive payments to/from their email address. Any PayPal payment you receive will automatically include an email address. Please keep in mind, the selling of virtual goods is a high risk business because you have absolutely no protection if you receive a fraudulent payment. My best advise is to require your buyers to provide a confirmed shipping address and mail out the information on a CD which can be tracked via a tracking or delivery confirmation number. It may cost you a couple extra bucks to ship, but it may be worth it, it kind of depends on how much these transactions will be. If its less than $10, go nuts, its not probable that you'll be the target of fraud. But if its $50 or more, ship the CD.

If you want to create a sub-account for your minor child, you will be asked to provide the numbers on your credit card to signify your consent- this is in compliance with COPPA.

If you really do not have one, you can simply type in an age older that what your child really is.

The key word is minor so, if you really want to proceed with creating an email address for your child, better put in an incorrect age and then, you can put Parental Controls on that account to supervise the account's activity.

Cards are wonderful to receive, something to hold in your hand but, if you don't have the time or the money to send cards then ecards are absolutely fine, and a delightful alternative. I have received a few this year that are so animated and clever, something I never could have gotten out of a physical card.

As far as actually paying the bills, most companies have their own websites for that.

All right I am not sure on the situation on the age or anything but I can say that I have had cancer for 5 years from age 15-20 and recieved A LOT of cards and what not and would write/call back the people that sent them and tell them thanks for thinking about me and it was all fine and great but I don't recal that many of them. The ones I do recal are ones from people that had a profound impact on my life and just the fact that they wrote a little something personal made me feel a lot better. So grab whatever card you want to and put a little passage in there about something you two shared and they will be more then pleased. Ry guy

It is not a time for comedy, as you know. Too sentimental, if not your usual demeanor will only sadden. Please, if it is terminal - do not send a "Get Well" card! The best are "Thinking of You" and Sorry you're ill cards. There are lots of free online ecards, but I suggest you keep it simple. Large animations may take more time and patience to load than your friend cares to give. By sending a simple card of acknowledgement your friend will know you care, and it will go far in her/his battle knowing she/he has caring friends.

Wow, all you letter writers warm my heart! I thought it was a lost art, but it seems there are still a few people carrying the torch. I love to receive handwritten notes, letters and postcards, and try to write as often as I have time (not enough, but better than nothing). Email is fast and easy, but lacks intimacy.

Like many things it may come back someday as digital media is being found not to be all that. Government records on CD and DVD are disappearing after less than 5 years. Cd's made in your home with the current technology last only 1 to 3 years. I have music on tape from the 1920's. Vinyl records are coming back because they last and have infinitely better sound range and quality. I keep everything on vinyl as I have records from as far back as the 40's. To make it more portable, I transfer to CD or mp3 on a temporary basis. Boy did I ramble here. Sorry Keep writing those letters.

Try renaming the extension name from .doc to an ambiguous extension name like .dod. Then attach to your email and sent to your friend. For your friend, he/ she has to save it to their computer and rename the extension name from .dod back to .doc

If it works, it may have something to do with the firewall of their company whereby the company email will remove any harmful contents of files attach with email

I bank online with Barclays. I received an email today in my "Bulk" folder, strange, because usually any mail I get from them goes straight into the inbox...

Anyway, the email states that they are updating their services and that I should provide all my details for confirmation - name, address, email, card number, logon details, secret question, secret answer, password, etc.

For some reason the date on when the email was sent says 7th May... Am I right to be sceptical about this - it certainly looks like a usual Barclays email.

What do you suggest? Has anyone else received something like this?

It's worth going into Barclays and showing them the e-mail and I'm sure they will know straight away and if it is genuine then I'm sure you can up-grade your account actually at the bank. I suggest ignoring the email and contacting Barclays directly to tell them about it. They may have a file of these kinds of bogus emails and can set their fraud department out researching it.

Reply:It's certainly a hoax email that you SHOULD NOT respond to. Forward the email to Barclay's. They maybe able to find out who the fraudsters are. Barclays or other companies will never ask your personal details over email. They would request it at the site where SSL security will be used. Therefore you already know this email is not genuine.

I called the company that was listed on my credit card statement. They stated that the transaction was a membership fee and the person had my mailing address!! Anyway, the customers service representative also gave me the email of the person who made this fraudulent transaction. And the culprit has a yahoo account. Has anyone else had this experience? If so how did you handle it and was the outcome?

I've never had this problem myself but when I worked for the bank, we usually advised people to file a Security Incident Report with either the credit card company or the bank account that the money was being taken from. You may want to call all of your creditors just to give them a heads up if you're afraid that other cards could be compromised. It may save you future headaches because if the company knows to keep an eye on weird transactions, then sometimes their security department can stop them before they go through.

Reply:I work for a PC gaming company, and I get calls like this quite often (credit card fraud). In most cases, the email address used is a bogus account. If they have your credit card number and your mailing address, they most likely have the CVN (the last 3 on the back of your card). CANCEL THIS CARD IMMEDIATELY!! Also, contact your other credit cards and let them know that you've had fraudulent charges on another account and they can put a 'watch' on your account. Also, contact the 3 credit reporting agencies and have them flag your account. What this will do, is if any new accounts are opened in the next 3 years, you'll get a phone call to approve the opened account.

And as another poster stated, contact the cops and file a police report. You really need to stay on them, as they usually don't do anything with it (I was a victim of credit card fraud, and my cops did didly-squat!).

There is really nothing else that can be done. Although it sucks, the guy is an evil thief, etc. etc. -- there's nothing the police can do, or have the time or resources to do, and it's simply not worth the time or energy required to go on a wild goose chase.

Does that stink? I suppose it does. But millions of fraudulent transactions go on all the time. Thousands of them every day. It's part of the cost of doing business. No single fraud of that kind is worth going after. Only when a transaction is part of a very large case involving thousands of such transactions by the same people is there any value in trying to nail the scum.

You can file a police report. Not such a bad idea if if makes you feel better. Just don't expect much.

The e-mail address is absolutely useless. It's a disposable address, it was signed up with fake information.

The best thing you can do is have the fraudulent charge canceled, get a new card number, and keep that freaking thing to yourself.

Oh, and fergodsakes -- QUIT ANSWERING THOSE PHISHING E-MAILS!

I got an email notice that one of my cards is about to expire but I don't even use that card anymore and thought I had taken it off my paypal account. The only card I can find is the one I am using now and it doesn't exprie for a long time. I went to profile, clicked on credit cards, and it only brings up a place to add another or edit the info for my current card. Is this a mistake? How can I find out if my old card is still on my paypal account?

Reply:if you are on a legitimate paypal site your tool bar should trun green, paypal does not send you e-mail notices telling you your cc is about to expire, do not update this account from your e-mail
Reply:I would double check it. It may be a scam e-mail. If so, and if you clicked on a link in it and signed into paypal, then you need to change your password. I've received these e-mails before about a credit card that is about to expire but they were scams. If it truly came from Paypal, they will have included the last 4 digits of the credit card number in the e-mail.

If it is a legit e-mail from Paypal and if it's not showing and is already expired, they may have removed it. However, I learned you can NOT remove a card yourself until you add a new one. So, try adding a new one and see if the other one shows up. If it does, you can then delete it. But, since you have another card already on the account that is working, I wouldn't worry about it.

I know you can copy pictures on a memory card to the computer, but what about from the computer to the memory card?

Yes, the computer must have a memory card reader though. If yours doesnt, they sell one fairly inexpensivly at most electronics stores. It is an adapter the will plug into a USB port.

Ok here's the thing.

I just got an email in my bulk folder, not addressed to my email but to another yahoo account, but somehow I got it instead.

It refers to a purchase made on a credit card for jewelly totalling over 700 quid. The payment has been rejected because "Visa Overdraft has exceded limit."

I havent ordered jewellry, and I cant find out if this was my credit card used because those details are in an attachment that Im too scared to open.

What should I do? Should I email the person it was intended for? Should I delete it? Should I open the attachment? HELP!

Reply:Ignore it. Its a scam, don't in an circumstances give any personal details to the sender. If it is important, you credit card issuer will contact you by phone. Same if it was sent to you by mistake - the correct person will also be contacted by phone.

Firstly, it is just a bad idea period. If you have to do it, the best way would be to encrypt the number before sending it and have the receiver use the same software to decrypt it.

I would also reccomend that you use a product like PGP http://www.pgp.com/products/desktop_emai... to provide strong end to end email encryption.

There are a couple of companies that will allow you to build a limited shopping cart by just cuting and pasting codes. They allow you to enter specific items about the product and costs, and then create the code for you to paste into your webpage.

Make a table in Microsoft Word or a spreadsheet in Excel, then make columns like "Year, Team, Name, Position, Card #, Rookie? (Yes/No), Brand, Special Series? (Series Name/No)", etc. Then you can save it and attach it to an email. Also include a column for "sport" if your collection also has football, basketball, etc. If you don't have microsoft office go to openoffice.org and you can download a program suite that's a free alternative to MS Office. I just made 140 "save the date"cards and we just changed my date and location. I thought of just coming up with an elegant email or PDF to send out to all the guests email addresses. I could even great a nice website and just send out the link. If you received one of these would you take it as being tacky or cheap? My wedding is next August. Any other ideas?

The same thing happened to me. We made our save the date cards, but then we had to change our venue (and unfortunately move the wedding date from Saturday to Friday, it's a long boring story). I use online invitations for casual events with friends (mostly people in the technology field), but I think most things wedding related still need to be formal. I made my own magnets for about $20 (made 100 of them) and then mailed them...they only required a 41 cent stamp %26amp; I only had to mail 76.

It is nice for your guests to have something to "keep" to remind them of your wedding.

My yahoo mailbox contains an email which my anti phishing software pop up says it has blocked from receiving my credit card details!. I'm worried that someone else will open the email on another computer as it is a business account with several people having access. if they don't have the correct software, I believe credit card details may be stolen. When I try to delete the email or "spam" it I just keep getting the warning message back.

Reply:are you sure you didn't get a spam message telling you that? I've never heard of being warned about that. Usually these hackers are pretty crafty on sending messages trying to trick people into believing that their accounts have been breached.

when i added my credit card to paypal it said they were going to send me a confirmation email to activate my credit card, it suppose to have a 4 digit code somewhere, but i never received it. its been 1 week since i added the credit card. I ONLY RECEIVED AN EMAIL THAT SAID "YOU HAVE ADDED A CREDIT CARD" AS THE SUBJECT BUT IT DIDN'T HAVE ANY CODE.

I have had a yahoo email account for over 5 years I would say, and remember if I had to give out my credit card information, and I didn't. But now to have a new account I need to give it out. All I ever hear now is that identity theft is happening everywhere online and the last thing I need to do is hand out my credit card information to yahoo. Yahoo doesn't need that, why would they? Why don't I just hand out my social security card and give them all of my bank account numbers while I'm at it. Hell, why don't I just tell them what hand I wipe with? Why not? Because it has abosoulty no relevence to opening up a email account. And to top that off the only way I can contact customer service is to call them by phone. Not even Yahoo itself has an email account. Why? They don't even want to give out their own information? Why? Because it's personal and no one should know it but themselves.

Reply:Chill, you only have to give your credit card to a yahoo account you pay for such as one with advanced features like more memory. if you are paying for it then yes a credit card would make sense. A regular free yahoo account doesn't require a credit card.

Reply:I've NEVER had to do that and I've had a yahoo account for like 1 or 2 years. You might be getting what they call "phished". They could take you to a website just like paypal, a bank, or maybe even yahoo too. These people will keep telling you "We will NEVER ask for your personal information, and you should never give it out, not even to a (yahoo...paypal...ebay) employee." Unless you signed up for something to pay for, well what else did they ask for??? If they asked for anything else, you should go and stop your debit card and get another one right now. PLease say you didn't give it out. I've gotten phished from paypal (fake email saying that I paid for something and it didn't even get sutracted from my balance but I fell for it anyway) its the most awful thing you can do ever!!! Dont do it.. they will keep coming up with ideas to get your info. Dont do it, Please say you didn't.
Reply:Not unless you're purchasing some service from them. Something like a basic (non premium) email account shouldn't require a credit card.

Also, I recommend that you log into Yahoo from their home page, by typing the address in manually, so that you don't fall victim to a "phisher" site---a site that looks like Yahoo but really isn't (the address will be different).
Reply:You do not need to give out your credit card to get a yahoo email address. You only need it if you're trying to get Yahoo! Mail Plus account which provides additional storage, and other things. If you try to register for the free email account you should see an address similar to this one:

I send both. I send digital to people that I could actually see in person and wish a Merry Christmas too if I have their address. However the people that I won't see or be able to Wish a Merry Christmas I send a old fashion christmas snail mail card to.

Reply:Unfortunately we don't have an efficient postal system in our country so sending physical cards is pretty much impossible. This is such a pity as I have not been able to send cards for a few years now and I therefore don't receive cards. Haven't received a card now for about five years.

I now only send Christmas messages via the internet, which makes it all so impersonal. The only good thing is that I am not wasting paper and polluting the environment with delivery vehicles.

Sure e-cards saves you so much money, are fast and efficient, but I find that they can be so impersonal. Sending real cards say that you took time to write to each and every individual.

In the last week I have had two different companies renew subscriptions without even giving me a warning that it was due. All the company says is "it was in your terms of service". I understand that, but how hard would it be for them to send an email before they renewed? I think it is just a way for them to get your money and hope you don't notice it.

Thats exactly what it is - a sneaky though legal way to bury the automatic renewal in the "fine print." The answer is to be very careful what you subscribe to and make sure the "unsubscribe" procedures are clear before you enter that card number.

This morning I received the first card I've had since Christmas 2001 ! What a lovely surprise !! From a caring and kind Canadian dragon, a special person (I know we arent allowed to post names)

My relatives in Norway used to send beautiful cards, now they email - and I realized I dont even have addresses anymore for them, or for any of my friends. Just email addresses.

I know everyone is busy at this time of the year, but I think our society has lost something meaningful. I know my friend in Washington spends a lot of time picking out her email card, and she even buys them ! Most of us make do with the free ones, and its nice to get them too, but its still not the same is it?

Yes, I still get and send Christmas cards, as well as other types of cards throughout the year. I also get cards still, it's always very special to go to the mail box and have a card or letter there from a loved one. We also exchange cards at church, so I get several and hang them on the wall. We put the presents under these and take pics on the years I don't decorate, when we're going to be away for the holidays.

I agree that although e-cards are a nice thought, they aren't the same. Also sometimes when you send them they keep sending advertisements afterwards.

I've always enjoyed the tradition of sending and receiving cards all these years and I love to tape them to a door to look them over sometimes. Now I only get a little over a dozen. Reply:I have not personally ran across one that didn't ask for your home address, at least that I can remember. That being said, there is nothing wrong with giving your address to the legit companies, it's no different than giving it to an employer of some kind. Just never sign up for a site that asks you for money, there is never any reason for you to have to pay to take a paid survey. I get emails like it all the time. ID thieves send emails like these to millions of people.

Remember, the Internet FBI is on your side. They will protect your privacy. I've forwarded spam emails to them before, and I have no clue what happened as a result. I never followed up and tried to find out.

Reporting scammers is a way to empower yourself.

They should have a customer service number. Call. Make sure the company you are buying from is legit. The kind of information they seem to require could be used to steal your identity. Now, if they are legit and you don't verify, the money should be refunded. That would be a point to talk to your credit card company as well.

I also receive emails from email addresses that closely resemble some of the passwords I use on my accounts at different websites. Is my identity at serious risk? Yeah I get the same thing. But It's a trick the spammers do to get you to open it. You might think to your self wow I really sent that and click it and bam a keylogger or a tracker gets on to your computer. It's not by your account cause if you look at your sent mail you wont' see it there.

These spammers get real smart though.

About the passwords in the spam you get, If you use rare passwordslike asldkf;laks18883 then worry cause you might have a tracker or keylogger and they see what you type or go so they will send something that appeals to you so you will open that shiet. Best thing to do is reset all your really important passwords and delete the spam mail.

Reply:basing on what you have written here, it is unbelievable that someone may used your debit card and that you found out that it's yahoo email they used during registration. if ever one has used your debit card, the card company will send you the details/statement of the bill, hence, you can make/file a claim to your card company that you did not use it personally and that someone had used it without your permission or knowledge. upon filing a claim, the card company will make an investigation right away to prove your innocense, and will return that payment deducted from your savings account. this will take 3~6months depending on how speedy your card company will act upon your request.

*i had a credit card (visa) that was billed by a website (...travel.com) which i haven't used it. the statement of bill arrived at my door. before making a complaint, i digged up all my memo's, diary, schedule, etc just to ensure if i'm mistaken to use it by myself. but the date that was stated on the bill, was the date that i was at home %26amp; never gone out of the country. hence, i filed a complaint. it was a long battle for me, the website, and the card company. but i won and was given the repayment %26amp; then they changed/reissued me another credit card number.

There are very few industries where the applicant pays for the job search, and you should never pay to have your application submitted to just one company, or industry. If the recruitement firm was legitimate, the company would pay them to find a new hire.

Have they given you an itemized list of what your money is paying for? Or just vague promises like "we will get your resume into the hands of hundreds of hiring managers". Because you can already do that for free at Monster.

They are all scams. They work on the young and old, rich, poor, smart and stupid. There was an article in the Money about the rich, smart and famous getting scammed out of millions. Use your business account and just say that you enjoyed getting to talk to them at the conference and try to think of a question so that they answer back. Ask something about business--something specific to your industry or his opinion about something. And sure, send a greeting card at the holidays to keep this person aware of you. There isn't a conflict of interest b/c you aren't soliciting a job.

My husband, daughter, two grandsons age 4 and 5 booked two nights at Valley West Inn, and had a dangerous thing happened in the swimming pool which my two grandsons could have gotten hurt, my husband complained to the front office, and they wouldn't do anything about it, so we decided to check out after only being there for a couple hours, and the person in charge said that our credit card would be credited for both nights, will two months later still have not seen any credit on my credit card, so who do I contact, they do not have any email address or customer service link to get me to them, I did send them a letter in the mail explaining the whole situation but have not gotten any thing back from them. Reply:You could call and ask to speak to the manager. Did you book it yourself or through a travel company? If you booked it through a company, you could also complain to them.

I also find it helpful to go on travel sites like expedia, orbitz, etc. and see what they say/have ratings for the place. Then I write reviews, although I try to be fair about it. That's the problem with hotels...sometimes you have no idea about the quality of the place. Good luck!

My father recently passed away after a short illness. In lieu of flowers we requested donations be made to a burn unit of a hospital (my father was a retired fire fighter). The contact person I have at the burn unit told me when they receive a donation in memory of my dad, they send out a thank you card and will email me a list of people who made a donation. My question is, do I still send out a thank you card also? Thank you.

I'm sorry for your loss, I also lost mine last AUG 27. I agree with the people who have suggested that you should. Since it was through your father that donations to the burn unit of the hospital was made possible. You can start, "In behalf of my father, I would like to thank all those who have sent donations for..." It's just an act of courtesy otherwise, you can request your contact person to also include your personal "thank you" in the card that he will be sending out. That way, it will both contain your personal thoughts and that of the staff of the hospital. I think this would be the better option. This would also help you feel that you're doing this not only for the hospital, but more importantly, for your father. I also understand what you're undergoing right now, it's easy for people to say to move on, but getting by is barely easy. Anyway, my condolences and I hope I have helped in some way.

I do NOT think you are overreacting. Why didn't the person send at least e-thank yous for specific gifts? Still not preferable but at least you would know that the gift was received. If you respond at all to this message, I'd say, "Since you have such a tough time organizing, maybe I should have gotten you an address book rather than a ____. But I would like to confirm that you at least received the gift I sent. Please let me know."

I suggest for next year, this person gets simply an email from you at the holidays, or maybe nothing!

I have used ProPay and am looking for an alternative. I liked that they did not require me to have a business account to set it up. However I can no longer use them due to the increase in their security measures to protect themselves so they no longer allow my type of business (financial services) to be processed through their site. Sorry - but IP addresses are almost worthless. You'd have to get sensitive history information from your friend's ISP... do you have a warrant? =)

IPs are unreliable because they're usually dynamic, and some people use proxies... You really need a name... I've been able to find friends by just using their name %26amp; google.

You exchanged emails - maybe do a search for something distinctive in the email name... like if its happyflossing84@yahoo.com then google happyflossing...?

Beckett publishes monthly prices guides for baseball, basketball, football and hockey cards, etc. along with news as to what's going on with sports collectibles.

On their website you can set up your own account and catalog your sports cards and other related collectibles. You can set up an online file however you want to organize them (team name, player, year, brand, etc.). If you want you can even subscribe to their price guides which are updated on a monthly basis.

I have been using them for years and they are fantastic.

To add another personal touch, add something in the card that you had spoken about personally during the interview:

How do I report a fraudulent email pretending to be Yahoo and requesting credit card information?
If you've received an email claiming to be from Yahoo! that asks for your password or other private information, you've likely received a "phishing" email. These emails typically contain links that appear to go to a Yahoo! site but actually link to a fake, or "spoofed" Yahoo site.

Reply:Actually you can report it but there is not a lot Yahoo can do about these scams. The messages come from computers which are taken over by hackers and used for this purpose. It is almost impossible to catch these people. The main thing is for us to be careful not to fall for their scams. Don't answer just delete them Good luck and be careful.

Reply:i have plaxo that syranizes all of my contacts and when its someone bday/annyversery it notifies me a week in advanced and asks me if i would like to send them an e card that will arrive on their bday. So it is possible it u do it that way. Good luck :D

I currenty Bought a unlocked treo 680 off of ebay to replace My Sidekick 3. But upon tranfering the Sim Card, I wasn't able to send or recieve email or surf the net from my treo. Any help is greatly appreciated.

You need to call Tmobile and make sure you have the proper features and are provisioned correctly within their network. If they didn't activate you and don't know you're using a Treo now, you may not have all the codes and programming necessary on the network end to get that sucker online.

i downloaded my pictures from my camara using a memory card and i can't figure out how to take a file from those pictures and email them- please help.

Put all the pictures you want into 1 folder. Then use either winzip or Winrar, compression utilities. To shrink it. Then go to your yahoo mail. and attach the .zip, or .rar file to the email.

Google winzip and winrar to get them. I don't know the exact web addresses unfortunately.

Reply:download the pics from the card to your computer (my documents/pictures)...right click on the pic you want to send, choose "send to" then "mail recipient" or

open oyur email program, start a new email, choose attach, the comp will prompt you on what to attach, find the pics where ever you downlaoded them to on your computer, when you find them, CTRL+Click on the ones you want, choose ok/attach.... or just google for instrucitons if these don;t make any sense...

At times I receive emails from people whom have heard me speak and whom have picked up my card. But lately I've been getting emails from sites that are solcitating for sexually oriented "services". I do not want this "adult" material coming to me. In fact, though I report this as spam to Yahoo! I constantly get email from a site with a trumped up name and "Hi" in the subject. How can I stop this? I know it originates from the same source because the subject topic is always the same. Now, I'm getting even more email; today I received one with an attachment that had a virus. Please advise me how I can know if the email comes from a site that is marketing sex and not someone who has received my card and wants to communicate with me. Thank you.

okay judy i figured this out, if your using the new beta switch back over to the original yahoo mail, their you can hit the options button on the top right then look for mail mainteneance and it will have your name and you can fix it from there..Whew this was a pain in the butt, it won't work till you go back to original mail then afterwards you can switch back to beta and everything will be right. Hope this helps

Reply:I dont think you can do that... I mean you can change it to mpeg format but I dont think it will make much difference... Try this software any way.. its called CUCUSOFT... you can download the trial version of it off internet... This time check the settings on the camera for a lesser file size options....

Reply:there are many free programs out there that can convert almost any file to almost anything you want. try download.com and search for video file converter

the better ones will let you choose the quality, frame rate, and other things that will make it a smaller file size

OR

you could try to zip the file using WinZip, I dont think it will go down to 2 mb though
Reply:Typically an mpeg is larger than an avi file, but it would depend on how much compression is used I guess. But an avi is already compressed. Other formats I would consider are .wmv (Windows Media) or .mov (Quicktime). You can search for conversion tools here:

How to add or change a signature.

The usual (and useful) way to sign emails is with your name and some contact info (title, phone numbers). You could also add a saying like “My friend talked on, confident that he would soon find something to say”—Mason Cooley. (*Shrug*—we found that one on the web.)

Add any kind of signature you like!

Here’s how:

Click Options in the upper-right corner of your Mail page.

Under “Management”, click Signature.

Before you start typing, choose if you want to have your signature appear in plain text or in color and graphics. Above the text area, next to the word “Editor:”, click either Plain or Color and Graphics. With the toolbar that appears when you select color and graphics, you can choose which font you’d like to use and how you’d like to format and color it.

Now, add or change your signature by typing in the text area.

Check "Add signature to all outgoing messages" for your signature to appear on the emails you send. Anytime you’d rather not use the signature, return to this page and un-check “Add signature...” to turn it off.

Remember to click Save when you're done. This puts your new signature into effect.
