How do you deliver orders through email in Paypal?

I want to send my products through email because they're just css codes in a zipped folders. But how can I do that? Probably most of my customers will use credit cards to pay and I want to get their email addresses so I can deliver it.

How do you deliver orders through email in Paypal?
In setting up your merchant account you can ask that the email address be given. You can also set it up so that you receive notification of new payments, this will show the email address of the buyer as they too receive confirmation of payment via email.

I have used Paypal for 10 years and all of my orders have an email address with them.

You might also clarify on the order page that you need the correct email address in order to email the order to the customer.
Reply:The entire concept behind PayPal is that buyers and sellers are able to send and receive payments to/from their email address. Any PayPal payment you receive will automatically include an email address. Please keep in mind, the selling of virtual goods is a high risk business because you have absolutely no protection if you receive a fraudulent payment. My best advise is to require your buyers to provide a confirmed shipping address and mail out the information on a CD which can be tracked via a tracking or delivery confirmation number. It may cost you a couple extra bucks to ship, but it may be worth it, it kind of depends on how much these transactions will be. If its less than $10, go nuts, its not probable that you'll be the target of fraud. But if its $50 or more, ship the CD.

Hope this helps.

How Often Do You Change Email? How Many Emails Do You Have?

I've had 2 emails for the past year and a half.

One is stable and my main one which is okay...just the name i'm no longer too fond of, though can't change it cause I hand out business cards with that email.

The 2nd is older and don't like the name anymore, sounds unprofessional and has begun receiving more spam than actually emails.

How many do you have?

BUT

Most Importantly....

As a kid [not even a teenager yet] I've had over um, 20. I of course use SOME to chat with friends. 1 was for a website I had. Others I make random names and become a "detective" on info I want/need such as my crushs last name, phone number, email [etc]. lol

I am trying to register my daughter for an email account but I do not have a credit card. How do I do it?

Yahoo wants to verify my age. I have an email account myself but they want a credit card and I do not have one. Can you tell me how I can get this done without a credit card?

I am trying to register my daughter for an email account but I do not have a credit card. How do I do it?
If you want to create a sub-account for your minor child, you will be asked to provide the numbers on your credit card to signify your consent- this is in compliance with COPPA.

If you really do not have one, you can simply type in an age older that what your child really is.

The key word is minor so, if you really want to proceed with creating an email address for your child, better put in an incorrect age and then, you can put Parental Controls on that account to supervise the account's activity.

Do you need a credit card to have an email address?

Can i send christmas cards via yahoo to friends email addresses?
Of course you can.

Cards are wonderful to receive, something to hold in your hand but, if you don't have the time or the money to send cards then ecards are absolutely fine, and a delightful alternative. I have received a few this year that are so animated and clever, something I never could have gotten out of a physical card.

Have fun, enjoy the holidays, and don't worry if you are doing something right or wrong because it is the thought that counts!

What is the best email site to use for making credit card payment?

I want to start paying bills on internet. What I just want to know is what is the safest email

to use for this. Not to pay bills by but just a safe place to keep all finance information.

What is the best email site to use for making credit card payment?
Why not stick with the leaders such as:

mail.yahoo.com

www.gmail.com
Reply:Don't understand what you're asking - a place to keep all finance information? Your PC would be a logical place for that, assuming nobody else uses it - if they do, put the info under password protection.

As far as actually paying the bills, most companies have their own websites for that.
Reply:Check with your current bank. Many banks offer on line bill payments from their secure website, and many if not most are free to their customers.
Reply:hey - I would advise you not to use any credit card payments through net.

It is highly risky unless it has a encoded programme wherein your card details are not copied

Do speak to someone who is an authority before you venture in to this

Type of email letters and cards to send a internet friend who has cancer and not doing well...?

All right I am not sure on the situation on the age or anything but I can say that I have had cancer for 5 years from age 15-20 and recieved A LOT of cards and what not and would write/call back the people that sent them and tell them thanks for thinking about me and it was all fine and great but I don't recal that many of them. The ones I do recal are ones from people that had a profound impact on my life and just the fact that they wrote a little something personal made me feel a lot better. So grab whatever card you want to and put a little passage in there about something you two shared and they will be more then pleased. Ry guy

Type of email letters and cards to send a internet friend who has cancer and not doing well...?
It is not a time for comedy, as you know. Too sentimental, if not your usual demeanor will only sadden. Please, if it is terminal - do not send a "Get Well" card! The best are "Thinking of You" and Sorry you're ill cards. There are lots of free online ecards, but I suggest you keep it simple. Large animations may take more time and patience to load than your friend cares to give. By sending a simple card of acknowledgement your friend will know you care, and it will go far in her/his battle knowing she/he has caring friends.
Reply:Don't make them feel that you are sorry for them. Say something to validate them, get them to talk about their future, and be encouraging.
Reply:What happened to visiting, and bringing flowers and cards?
Reply:if you cant be there in person, words of encouragement. Prayer. Thoughts that this person knows comes straight from your heart. A phone call means so much more.
Reply:encouragement cards %26amp; tell them 2 keep having faith cuz ppl who have faith %26amp; believe that they are going 2 pull through...survive! u can go 2 american greeting cards 2 get 1!
Reply:Better you visit him your self to give him your support and let him know that you care of him so much, let him know that he still have a friend that can be relay on and to share anything with, this way can give him strength to face his illness.

But if you can't, just sent him a card/flower with a prayer that he will get better and give your best words to give him strength.
Reply:Words of encouragement that she's not alone, that she has many friends and loved ones. Funny cards are wonderful too, just anything that'll make her laugh. Even mindless games, would work.
Reply:don't sent e-mail go see him or her bring things you both like to do that she/he is able to do with the amount of strength he/she has

e-mails are cheap when it comes to this type of situation
Reply:Thinking of you and funny cards
Reply:American Greetings has free e-cards you can send from their website. Keep your choice humorous, but not rude.
Reply:Yey. Visiting is a lot better than an E-mail.
Reply:Best thing to do is sent prayer request to where ever you can, and tell him we love, care, and pray for him/her,

JESUS LOVE YOU and HIM.
Reply:cheery ones that just say thinking of you and maybe send some jokes or something to perk up their spirits. Not much sense in sending any GET WELL SOON cards is there?

Any chance of Green Card Notification by email or phone?

If in case you messed up the Mailing Adress of Green Card while filling the Application Form, and you happen to be one of the winner of the lottery, is there any chance to get notified by an EMAIL or by a Phone Call if you've provided them in the form correctly, or simply notifing you by a call or an email to tell you the adress of the letter they delivered to your country?

Any chance of Green Card Notification by email or phone?
if your entry is selected, you will be notified by mail. the notification letter will be sent only to the mailing address provided on the entry. they won't notified you by email or phone.
Reply:nope. they send everything through mail. you should have informed them of the mistake as soon as you realized what you did. that way, they can make ammends to your papers. do that now before you jeopardize your applications.
Reply:You need to contact your local government official. They process thousand of pieces of paper a day, if something is missing you are out of luck. Or hire an attorney, they cost money, but they make sure things get done right.
Reply:Ho yes a gov. "worker" is going too take time to find YOU you bet Sorry I just reallized how important this is for you No they well mail it too the address you gave them Can you keep checking that address ? But you get your green card when you come to the U S about 3 weeks

Can I set a date and time for an email to be sent?

I'm going on holiday next week and it's my friends birthday and I wanna send her a email at 12:00pm but I have no way of getting online. Is there a way I can send a e-card or a email at a set time?

Can I set a date and time for an email to be sent?
You can have an e-card sent on a specific date, but I don't think you can choose the time. Is there a mutual friend you can send it to and they will send it on for you, or, in the message say something about the time, you know, like, toasted you at midnight.
Reply:Many e-card sites will allow you to specify the date and time you wish the greetings to be sent. I usually use www.virtualflowers.com
Reply:Yahoo has an ecard service.

The free version will not let you schedule and ecard.

But "for a small annual fee," you can schedule ecards. See:

Do you still write/receive letters and cards (snail mail not email)?

I love writing letters and cards to family and friends. I write at least 5 a week, if not more. I don't always receive that many though. Is the art of letter writing dead? What is your experience in this department?

Do you still write/receive letters and cards (snail mail not email)?
Wow, all you letter writers warm my heart! I thought it was a lost art, but it seems there are still a few people carrying the torch. I love to receive handwritten notes, letters and postcards, and try to write as often as I have time (not enough, but better than nothing). Email is fast and easy, but lacks intimacy.
Reply:Ooh yes! I still send out cards to friends and loved ones, especially at Christmas %26amp; on birthdays. I just love writing on really nice notecards %26amp; notepapers. Emails and ecards just doesn't feel the same to me. Too bad most people are too lazy to take the time to write.
Reply:I write at least one letter a week. It was something my parents made me do when I was a kid, and I've kept it up.

Unfortunately--I don't get many in reply.

Reply:yeah I still send cards and letters the old way....I don't know how to put it in words but it kind of feels more real than sending or receiving an e-mail. Letter writing is not dead.... it's just not as popular.
Reply:It is a dieing thing. I still write personal thank you cards for any gift I get or when someone has helped me with something, but to just correspond I use email. I like it that it gets there in seconds instead of taking three days.

Yes... everytime they come out and turn my electricity off.

I like to write, it gives me the time to think about the things I really want to say, and the opportunity to change the words I later realize, I should not say. Ya can't do that while talking to someone.

The only problem I have... is that I go through a heck-of-a-lot of erasers.... guess I should work on that.

Reply:I send numerous cards and letters every month !!! love it!!
Reply:i don't write many letters. but i do send a postcard to my grandmother every week. shes 86 and it really makes her day. she'll even send me postcard stamps every once in a while!! (the postage is getting SO expensive nowadays!!) ;)
Reply:i occasionally write letters although (blushes) i do use my word processor on my pc...

honestly cant tell you the last time i picked up a pen or pencil unless it was to write a check or take down a phone message
Reply:I do that too .. i enjoy writing to some one and read hand writen letter .. good fun
Reply:ya.. I too love to send/recieve cards and letters. now a days.. i m using postcrossing.com . i got lot of post cards all over the world.
Reply:I suggest you switch to e-mail. It's more economical. Don't waste money on postage anymore.
Reply:i like to choose snail mail too but i am with you in the department where no one responds. It kind of sucks you think you doing something so sweet and unexpected would make them want to write back i guess not. EXAMPLE: the other day I was about to write an email to my boyfriend but i love letter i guess. I thought wow wouldn't be be totally shocked if he got one in the mail...cuz you know when you receive mail your like what is this about and then open it up and it's something pleasant that's awesome! he never wrote me back i hate that.
Reply:Yes I still write, mostly overseas even so my friends are trying to do the email thing they just do not respond to it like we do.

an email can sit in their box for 2 weeks before they think about checking.
Reply:Yes - letter writing is mostly dead. It is great that you still do it as there is nothing better than holding a hand written note from a friend who may be far away. Like many things it may come back someday as digital media is being found not to be all that. Government records on CD and DVD are disappearing after less than 5 years. Cd's made in your home with the current technology last only 1 to 3 years. I have music on tape from the 1920's. Vinyl records are coming back because they last and have infinitely better sound range and quality. I keep everything on vinyl as I have records from as far back as the 40's. To make it more portable, I transfer to CD or mp3 on a temporary basis. Boy did I ramble here. Sorry Keep writing those letters.
Reply:Yes, I think it's more personal when writing a letter. I love getting them from other people too.
Reply:Being 29 sometimes lack in this area, however I always send hand written Thank You cards for Christmas and Thanksgiving cards. My Grandmother said it always puts a smile on the persons face who gets it and they will always remember.

She was right.
Reply:I don't know if its dead, but it certainly seems to be slowing. I get/receive cards on my birthday, holidays, and thank you's. Other than that, I only get bills by mail.
Reply:I love writing letters and taking them down to my local post office, but now how I found this site I will write less letters . I love this site like a child in a candy store.
Reply:Yes, I still write letters and send cards. I find it enjoyable and like to receive same.
Reply:I get them mostly from my Grandparents. But I love sending and receiving cards! It is so much more pleasent to look through your bills in the mail and see a nice card for you.

I am trying to email a business card Word document.?

I zip the file, attach it to the email and send. My friend receivs the zipped file, saves it to their desktop and then open it to find a blank document?? No picture or text. What can I do so they can receive the business card file complete with pictures and text so they can print it out? Thanks so much for any help.

I am trying to email a business card Word document.?
Try renaming the extension name from .doc to an ambiguous extension name like .dod. Then attach to your email and sent to your friend. For your friend, he/ she has to save it to their computer and rename the extension name from .dod back to .doc

If it works, it may have something to do with the firewall of their company whereby the company email will remove any harmful contents of files attach with email

Is this a genuine email from Barclays Bank?

I bank online with Barclays. I received an email today in my "Bulk" folder, strange, because usually any mail I get from them goes straight into the inbox...

Anyway, the email states that they are updating their services and that I should provide all my details for confirmation - name, address, email, card number, logon details, secret question, secret answer, password, etc.

For some reason the date on when the email was sent says 7th May... Am I right to be sceptical about this - it certainly looks like a usual Barclays email.

What do you suggest? Has anyone else received something like this?

Thanks.

Is this a genuine email from Barclays Bank?
Don't reply!!! I would also be sceptical! It's worth going into Barclays and showing them the e-mail and I'm sure they will know straight away and if it is genuine then I'm sure you can up-grade your account actually at the bank. It's worth doing that than risking giving away all your details to a random e-mail!!

Definitely would not reply!!!!
Reply:You're right about being sceptical.

I suggest ignoring the email and contacting Barclays directly to tell them about it. They may have a file of these kinds of bogus emails and can set their fraud department out researching it.
Reply:no banks will email you, whatever you do, do not reply to any emails with personal info, banks will write in the post or contact you via phone. make sure you report it to the bank and your local police force
Reply:Delete it.

You should never open emails that you are not sure about.

Call your bank and report it.

Keep an eye on your account!!
Reply:NO NO NO! do not send any details of you a/c this is a scam, your bank does not ask for any personal details in an email, and there are a lot of scams from so called banks out there right now, I have received about 8 from different banks that I am not even with!, so do not reply report them as spam.
Reply:Barclays never send you mail like this i sagest you contact the barclays as soon as possible and do not press any in the e mail it is definitely a fraud.
Reply:Yes. Had the same mail last week for Halifax and Egg. Report it to your bank and do not go to the link page shown.
Reply:DO NOT OPEN THE MAIL, IT'S A PHISHING TRIP.
Reply:I've got them before. It's called "spoof". Forward the e-mail in it's entirety to your bank, and delete it. Online banking does not request information like that via e-mail. They already have it! Check your bank's website and see if they have a procedure or policy for fraudulent e-mails.

The sender has probably sent hundreds, even thousands of those... all it takes is one reply.
Reply:It his a fake, do not click on any links that may be in the email. Contact your bank ASAP.
Reply:NO! It's is a scam and an attempt to steal your account data and most likely the money in your account. Do not reply and do not click any links in the email. No bank would ever ask you for those details in an email, which is not secure. Delete the message.
Reply:This is a well known scam. I have had several which are supposed to be from various banks.

Banks don't ask for information they already have.

Delete the email
Reply:spam my friend
Reply:Your Biggest clue is the email address! It will most probably be a yahoo. or hot mail address! Not only that the are asking for pin etc! Your bank will tell you they do not ask for these things! the best thing for this email is to delete it! if you are worried phone the bank!
Reply:Its from Nigeria and be sure it is a scam
Reply:No - its a scam
Reply:Total spam. We got alot of these at work. They look real.

If you have an account there, They would contact you personally not by e-mail...
Reply:It's certainly a hoax email that you SHOULD NOT respond to. Forward the email to Barclay's. They maybe able to find out who the fraudsters are. Barclays or other companies will never ask your personal details over email. They would request it at the site where SSL security will be used. Therefore you already know this email is not genuine.

I hope that helps.
Reply:It's a scam !!! No bank would ask for your security details, especially online. I've received similar e-mails and I don't even bank with Barclays. The best thing to do is report it and ignore any further similar e-mails. Check out the net for 419 scams.
Reply:Just delete it, barclays, nor any other bank for that matter would send a dear sir type letter. Your ISP automatic detection knows ITS WRONG.Do not go to any website directed to by it.

Also do yourself a favour and get Netcraft, its free and will block all nasties or tell you of any problems with the site.
Reply:sounds very dodgy contact your bank immediatlely DO NOT follow any link given on this email instead log on to your account in your ususal way

these emails usually do look like the real thing

it is unlikely that these details will ever be asked for via email

incidentally should you ever get a phone call from your bank asking for all this info ask if you can phone them back with the info just in case it is not your bank phoning

Does anyone know where to sell cards at?

I have 178 yugioh cards that I want to get rid of. Some of them are years old and some are new. I live in Rapid City SD. Does anyone know if Storyteller Enterainment will buy my cards? They are a comic Book store. Also, does any one that lives in Rapid City want to buy some of my cards? If so, email me for a complete list.

Does anyone know where to sell cards at?
Try listing them on craigslist. I checked South Dakota, For sale, Collectibles, and found someone selling Pokemon cards. Good luck.

Some fat rich kid who lives near me offered to pay 350.

But ebay seems like a good option
Reply:sell them on ebay, since more and more people bid, you'll prolly get a decent price if you sell them saying like 178 GOOD YUGIOH CARDS!!! or somtin like dat.
Reply:ebay.com that should solve it
Reply:Ebay those cards or go to the comic book store to see how much they will pay for them or if they will buy them at all. You could always hire an appariser to see how much they are. Sorry about my spelling.

Also, if you are going to be selling this BlackBerry, you will want to remove your BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) email account(s) from your wireless providers BIS web site.

I just found the email of the person who was making fraudulent transactions on my credit card?

I called the company that was listed on my credit card statement. They stated that the transaction was a membership fee and the person had my mailing address!! Anyway, the customers service representative also gave me the email of the person who made this fraudulent transaction. And the culprit has a yahoo account. Has anyone else had this experience? If so how did you handle it and was the outcome?

I just found the email of the person who was making fraudulent transactions on my credit card?
I've never had this problem myself but when I worked for the bank, we usually advised people to file a Security Incident Report with either the credit card company or the bank account that the money was being taken from. You may want to call all of your creditors just to give them a heads up if you're afraid that other cards could be compromised. It may save you future headaches because if the company knows to keep an eye on weird transactions, then sometimes their security department can stop them before they go through.
Reply:Go to the police they will take action.
Reply:file a police report...that is a crime
Reply:Tell the police or FBI. Let them know the details. Maybe they can give u some help.
Reply:Turn it all over to the police. They have more resources than you do. All you can do is email the person--- they can see your email and delete it and you can't stop them. The cops *may* be able to access Yahoo records to get a better idea of the person's identity. Don;t get your hopes up, though; since you can open a Yahoo account from any computer in the world and you don't need a credit card or drivers license to do it, the cops might track this person right back to a public terminal at a hotel or library, and no further than that.
Reply:I work for a PC gaming company, and I get calls like this quite often (credit card fraud). In most cases, the email address used is a bogus account. If they have your credit card number and your mailing address, they most likely have the CVN (the last 3 on the back of your card). CANCEL THIS CARD IMMEDIATELY!! Also, contact your other credit cards and let them know that you've had fraudulent charges on another account and they can put a 'watch' on your account. Also, contact the 3 credit reporting agencies and have them flag your account. What this will do, is if any new accounts are opened in the next 3 years, you'll get a phone call to approve the opened account.

And as another poster stated, contact the cops and file a police report. You really need to stay on them, as they usually don't do anything with it (I was a victim of credit card fraud, and my cops did didly-squat!).
Reply:Report it to the police and let them handle it. Also report it to the credit card company.
Reply:Call your credit card company and dispute the charge.
Reply:you must act quick,notify the f.b.i.
Reply:i had an experience like that and I went to the police. They have detectives that work on those issues.
Reply:report it to your bank and call the cops you wont have to pay a dime..
Reply:I am Chief Investigator at a large Internet retailer, I came up through the ranks starting as a fraud analyst.

Get a new card account number.

There is really nothing else that can be done. Although it sucks, the guy is an evil thief, etc. etc. -- there's nothing the police can do, or have the time or resources to do, and it's simply not worth the time or energy required to go on a wild goose chase.

Does that stink? I suppose it does. But millions of fraudulent transactions go on all the time. Thousands of them every day. It's part of the cost of doing business. No single fraud of that kind is worth going after. Only when a transaction is part of a very large case involving thousands of such transactions by the same people is there any value in trying to nail the scum.

You can file a police report. Not such a bad idea if if makes you feel better. Just don't expect much.

The e-mail address is absolutely useless. It's a disposable address, it was signed up with fake information.

The best thing you can do is have the fraudulent charge canceled, get a new card number, and keep that freaking thing to yourself.

Oh, and fergodsakes -- QUIT ANSWERING THOSE PHISHING E-MAILS!
Reply:call yahoo. get the address. call police. thank you
Reply:file a police report and include yahoo's cust svc agent on the report.. take this up the ladder as they can see who's account this was siged up under and what IP address.. don't hesitate
Reply:GO GET THAT TURD,
Reply:Tell the rep that you want a refund because you did not authorize the charge, then make a police report.
Reply:No, I haven't experienced this, but I think it is great that you have the email address. I am assuming you have filed a police report. The email address could help with the arrest.

I'm sure you want to email the dirty rotten bastard and give him/her a piece of your mind, but better wait until you report your new-found info to the police!

How can I find a list of the credit cards I am using on PayPal...I can only find where to add another?

I got an email notice that one of my cards is about to expire but I don't even use that card anymore and thought I had taken it off my paypal account. The only card I can find is the one I am using now and it doesn't exprie for a long time. I went to profile, clicked on credit cards, and it only brings up a place to add another or edit the info for my current card. Is this a mistake? How can I find out if my old card is still on my paypal account?

How can I find a list of the credit cards I am using on PayPal...I can only find where to add another?
go to profile then credit/debit cards

--good luck
Reply:if you are on a legitimate paypal site your tool bar should trun green, paypal does not send you e-mail notices telling you your cc is about to expire, do not update this account from your e-mail
Reply:I would double check it. It may be a scam e-mail. If so, and if you clicked on a link in it and signed into paypal, then you need to change your password. I've received these e-mails before about a credit card that is about to expire but they were scams. If it truly came from Paypal, they will have included the last 4 digits of the credit card number in the e-mail.

If it is a legit e-mail from Paypal and if it's not showing and is already expired, they may have removed it. However, I learned you can NOT remove a card yourself until you add a new one. So, try adding a new one and see if the other one shows up. If it does, you can then delete it. But, since you have another card already on the account that is working, I wouldn't worry about it.

Can pictures be copied from an email to a memory card for using in a digital photo frame?

I am considering purchasing a digital photo frame for my parents who do not own a computer. I am wondering if I will be able to copy pictures e-mailed to me from my brother and put them on a memory card in order for my parents to see the pictures, short of me printing out every one. I know you can copy pictures on a memory card to the computer, but what about from the computer to the memory card?

Can pictures be copied from an email to a memory card for using in a digital photo frame?
Yes, the computer must have a memory card reader though. If yours doesnt, they sell one fairly inexpensivly at most electronics stores. It is an adapter the will plug into a USB port.

What should I do with this email - has someone used my credit card?

Dodgy email - HELP!?

Ok here's the thing.

I just got an email in my bulk folder, not addressed to my email but to another yahoo account, but somehow I got it instead.

It refers to a purchase made on a credit card for jewelly totalling over 700 quid. The payment has been rejected because "Visa Overdraft has exceded limit."

I havent ordered jewellry, and I cant find out if this was my credit card used because those details are in an attachment that Im too scared to open.

What should I do? Should I email the person it was intended for? Should I delete it? Should I open the attachment? HELP!

What should I do with this email - has someone used my credit card?
No, do not open it. It is probably a scam and if you open it then it might dump a trojan horse onto your machine. Delete it.

Call up your credit card and see what the status is. Do NOT go by anything you get in some unknown email.

This same email probably went out to a million people.
Reply:Don't open the attachement. It's trying to get you to reveal your creidit card details. Forward it to your bank. Or just delete it.
Reply:All you have to do is call your credit card company if your worried and talk to them,

The email is a scam. ignore it. delete it.
Reply:your card company (or at least mine do) should ring you if you do that sort of thing, but to be certain ring them with details of the email etc
Reply:id deleted it, it could be a virus and then u will have more trouble, if the email does not contain ur full name then its def fake just delete it, to be on the safe side, delete the email and check with the bank and enquiry about the overdraft error or just check ur account by a cash machine to check ur money is safe

hope it helps
Reply:its been put in your bulk folder for a reason.....because it has detected that it is a spam e-mail.....so no just delete it as it is most definately a scam setup by evil robbing sods who prey on people like yourself who are unsure if it is real or not
Reply:Ignore it. Its a scam, don't in an circumstances give any personal details to the sender. If it is important, you credit card issuer will contact you by phone. Same if it was sent to you by mistake - the correct person will also be contacted by phone.
Reply:erm, phone your credit card company and ask them.
Reply:Delete it. I've been getting mail like that, too. My one credit card does not even know I have a yahoo email and I received an email at yahoo "from them" stating my card was charged, blah, blah

I have also been getting from "paypal," which again, they don't know yahoo addy. The paypal I forward to them. I went to their website, and if you look around there, you will find what to do with fraud emails.

Really, though, don't respond, just delete. Don't ever click on a link. There probably is no other person, other than someone bad waiting for you to do just that, forward to them, so don't, I say.
Reply:Its a SCAM!!!!!!!! 3rd time this question has been raised here today.

Who can i send an email/letter of complaint to about a telephone card?
Hi Sweetie,

Customer Service won't get U any where, but find out from them, or ask for the Supervisor/Manager state R complaint %26amp;/or directly ask for Head Office Address %26amp; Phone# as it may have to be in writing %26amp; billing # etc. They'll probably ask what it's concerning: Just say I have a complaint %26amp; ALWAYS get the full name of the person r speaking with. And don't be intiminated by them, just ask what U want R go further up the latter, I'm sure they don't want to loose customer. However, dealing with these people you must use an Athouritive Voice to get anywhere. R not pussy-footing around so to speak. Get H.O. number %26amp; state r Full Unsatisfactory Claim with a rather Angry, but serious Statement! All By Best of LucK! Go Get em Tiger! lol Sometimes u have to be cruel to be kind? R goal is to get H.O. address %26amp; Phone#! If u need help with the letter e-me back with situation, %26amp; I will help u, I'm notorious

in that field! Oh, %26amp; details + note E-Mail Re: Telephone Card!

You shud be able to get the H.O. Office by web-seach on Digame + Telephone Card............ try............. Good Luck!

depends on what crds you have
Reply:I won't be the one to report you, because it is not my style. But someone will, that's why your questions get deleted. I would go to eBay and sell on there, it is a much better way to get good value for what you have. Your not really supposed to sell on this site sorry.

What sort of agency info needs to be on acting business cards?

I'm making a business card for acting and i was wondering what else needs to be on the cards besides agency phone, email, fax, address, name, zip, and web site.

What sort of agency info needs to be on acting business cards?
Looks like you got the main info but I would add a logo or picture that represents your business for a decorative touch
Reply:How about:

1. Something explaining the roles you would be interested in.

2. A compelling reason for someone to choose you over someone else.

What is the safest way to send credit card informations by email?

Ok, I guess it is not very safe. But what safe ways do you know about?

What is the safest way to send credit card informations by email?
Firstly, it is just a bad idea period. If you have to do it, the best way would be to encrypt the number before sending it and have the receiver use the same software to decrypt it.

I would also reccomend that you use a product like PGP http://www.pgp.com/products/desktop_emai... to provide strong end to end email encryption.
Reply:Setup a paypal account here:

and use your paypal info when charging things online instead of your credit card info.

Go to the site and it will explain how paypal works.

Is there any other virtual credit card terminal to send email to buyer for them to pay by.?

Is there any other virtual credit card terminal to send a email to buyer for them to pay by to buy one of my items. Also is there any way or do you know any websites that can make your website accept credit cards in minutes. thanks

Is there any other virtual credit card terminal to send email to buyer for them to pay by.?
This depends on how comfortable you are with adding and creating webpages and how many different items you have for sale. There are a couple of companies that will allow you to build a limited shopping cart by just cuting and pasting codes. They allow you to enter specific items about the product and costs, and then create the code for you to paste into your webpage.

You can find one here:

How do I make a list of baseball cards?

How would i go about making a list of cards i have to make a list so i can email it to a card shop how would i classify the card like 1971 Carl Taylor 1972 Catcher brewers?

How do I make a list of baseball cards?
Make a table in Microsoft Word or a spreadsheet in Excel, then make columns like "Year, Team, Name, Position, Card #, Rookie? (Yes/No), Brand, Special Series? (Series Name/No)", etc. Then you can save it and attach it to an email. Also include a column for "sport" if your collection also has football, basketball, etc. If you don't have microsoft office go to openoffice.org and you can download a program suite that's a free alternative to MS Office. Hope this helps.
Reply:Not sure of any free sites that you can go to , to list your cards. You Can go to beckett.com and list your cards there...dont remember if i paid or not but i know its not that expensive. Check that out...you can list player, year, brand...all that
Reply:You look at the last year of statistics shown on the card to see what year it was. If the last year shown was 1971, it is a 1972 card.

I am having trouble remembering Carl Taylor being on a Brewers card. I only remember him playing for the Pirates, Cardinals, and Royals.

Are email SAVE THE DATE cards come across as tacky or cheap?

I just made 140 "save the date"cards and we just changed my date and location. I thought of just coming up with an elegant email or PDF to send out to all the guests email addresses. I could even great a nice website and just send out the link. If you received one of these would you take it as being tacky or cheap? My wedding is next August. Any other ideas?

Are email SAVE THE DATE cards come across as tacky or cheap?
create your wedding website and send everyone the link.. it is an august wedding and some people will plan their vacations for then no matter how you tell them to save the date..
Reply:take the time to sent the save the date cards, but you should have waited until 6 months before to send them out. Something may happen and you will have to send the save the date card again, If someone ask before the six months you can just explain what happened
Reply:And how would you notify those that don't have email? If you are going to send something to them others will wonder why they only received an email.
Reply:I wouldnt' take it as tackey or cheap. I think it is a very efficient way to get the change of info to everyone in a expeditous manner.
Reply:I don't think so - it's much more environmentally friendly - "green" weddings are getting more and more popular.
Reply:I would do it... BUT keep in mind there are three types of people : The people who check their e-mail daily, The people who have e-mail but delete most (if not all) of it and those who don't have e-mail at all. I'd probably stick with the paper save the dates if at all possible, just to ensure everyone gets one.
Reply:I would be OK with it.

The same thing happened to me. We made our save the date cards, but then we had to change our venue (and unfortunately move the wedding date from Saturday to Friday, it's a long boring story). I just used glue stick and pasted new date a place on the card, it looked OK. I think that would be better than scraping all of the save the date cards.
Reply:I don't think older generations are ready for "fancy emails". I would say, think about how your parents would react. I use online invitations for casual events with friends (mostly people in the technology field), but I think most things wedding related still need to be formal. If you are sending out formal invitations later though, a save the date electronically might not be bad.
Reply:When I sent out my rsvp cards, we decided that we didn't want to spend the extra money to buy the cards, envelopes, and the extras stamps just to have some people not send them back. So what we did was we printed out cards from our printer saying to please respond by emailing or calling us personally, and we didn't get any complaints of what we did and we found it more effiecient.
Reply:I don't know if it would come across as tacky or cheap but there are a couple of problems that come up - there people who don't have e-mail, if you use a website it could be sent straight to the person's junk e-mail or if it gets sent to their inbox, they might delete it thinking it is junk.
Reply:I think as long as you do both the e-mails and the actual cards, it would be okay. The Knot does save the date e-mails for you and I think they are cute. You may want to check it out.

www.theknot.com
Reply:I'm not sending them out. I think it's much simpler (and cheaper) to send out Emails.

Why spend that much in postage if your going to have to turn around and do it again for the invitations?
Reply:since not everyone has email....I would go with sending out ones that you make yourself. There are so many options for a dyi project.

I made my own magnets for about $20 (made 100 of them) and then mailed them...they only required a 41 cent stamp %26amp; I only had to mail 76.

It is nice for your guests to have something to "keep" to remind them of your wedding.

How do I delete an email from someone trying to access my credit card details?

My yahoo mailbox contains an email which my anti phishing software pop up says it has blocked from receiving my credit card details!. I'm worried that someone else will open the email on another computer as it is a business account with several people having access. if they don't have the correct software, I believe credit card details may be stolen. When I try to delete the email or "spam" it I just keep getting the warning message back.

This looks very professional %26amp; want it taken out of my inbox altogether - but how?

How do I delete an email from someone trying to access my credit card details?
Contct the people who run the site and ask them what's going on and make sure you let your workmates know about it so they don't get hurt by the email and never under any circumstance leave any credit card or bank details on a computer that is on the internet
Reply:always update 1st. then run your anti..in mail when it comes in, there is a box in front of it, check mark it and click spam above it..that will block the senders address. do not open mail from unknowen. thats how hackers get in.. bummer eh Report Abuse

Reply:are you sure you didn't get a spam message telling you that? I've never heard of being warned about that. Usually these hackers are pretty crafty on sending messages trying to trick people into believing that their accounts have been breached.
Reply:You should keep your E mail pass word secret. Change it now at once. Many hours are wasted due to spam email. However, by taking simple precautions while giving out your email and installing updated free software, you can prevent spam. More info available at

How come you have to give out your credit card information just to have a yahoo email account?

I have had a yahoo email account for over 5 years I would say, and remember if I had to give out my credit card information, and I didn't. But now to have a new account I need to give it out. All I ever hear now is that identity theft is happening everywhere online and the last thing I need to do is hand out my credit card information to yahoo. Yahoo doesn't need that, why would they? Why don't I just hand out my social security card and give them all of my bank account numbers while I'm at it. Hell, why don't I just tell them what hand I wipe with? Why not? Because it has abosoulty no relevence to opening up a email account. And to top that off the only way I can contact customer service is to call them by phone. Not even Yahoo itself has an email account. Why? They don't even want to give out their own information? Why? Because it's personal and no one should know it but themselves.

Thank you, whoever you are, to take the time to read this and if you have the answer email me.

How come you have to give out your credit card information just to have a yahoo email account?
sounds like ur getting fished ... ive never heard anything about needing a credit card for yahoo nothin ...
Reply:Chill, you only have to give your credit card to a yahoo account you pay for such as one with advanced features like more memory. if you are paying for it then yes a credit card would make sense. A regular free yahoo account doesn't require a credit card.
Reply:you don't have to give any credid card details here in australia

to open an account are you sure it was not a scam that you filled out??? better check it out that all your details have not already been stolen
Reply:I've NEVER had to do that and I've had a yahoo account for like 1 or 2 years. You might be getting what they call "phished". They could take you to a website just like paypal, a bank, or maybe even yahoo too. These people will keep telling you "We will NEVER ask for your personal information, and you should never give it out, not even to a (yahoo...paypal...ebay) employee." Unless you signed up for something to pay for, well what else did they ask for??? If they asked for anything else, you should go and stop your debit card and get another one right now. PLease say you didn't give it out. I've gotten phished from paypal (fake email saying that I paid for something and it didn't even get sutracted from my balance but I fell for it anyway) its the most awful thing you can do ever!!! Dont do it.. they will keep coming up with ideas to get your info. Dont do it, Please say you didn't.
Reply:Not unless you're purchasing some service from them. Something like a basic (non premium) email account shouldn't require a credit card.

Also, I recommend that you log into Yahoo from their home page, by typing the address in manually, so that you don't fall victim to a "phisher" site---a site that looks like Yahoo but really isn't (the address will be different).
Reply:You do not need to give out your credit card to get a yahoo email address. You only need it if you're trying to get Yahoo! Mail Plus account which provides additional storage, and other things. If you try to register for the free email account you should see an address similar to this one:

https://edit.yahoo.com/config/eval_regis...

If what you see is nothing like that one it may be a fake website setup.
Reply:Yahoo! wants easy access to ur money if it ever comes to someone getting an advanced account or making a purchase through them. Therefore, they don't have to worry about unpayed bills and money programs with their customers. Your credit card info is not mandatory with a free account...

Has anyone sucessfully used those email-spam restaurant gift cards? Or are they (as I suspect) totally bogus?

Totally bogus...it costs more to buy the stuff to get the card than the card is worth.
