I use Webshots.
You can post your own photos or pick someone else's.
You don't have to download their API, but it's only helpful if you want to save and view numerous pix from their site.
There is no fee but they do want you to register. Just set up an alternate email on Yahoo or Gmail.

Reply:Hallmark is pretty good. I know you don't want to fill anything out but I think that is almost impossible to do.
