I was lucky enough to meet the vice president of an insurance company, and he has given me his business card. Upon hearing that I'm a recent college graduate, he told me to email him my resume and he will get it to the right people. My question is, what should I say in the email? I have a little bit of trouble formulating it.
How do I write an email to send with a resume?

It was a pleasure to meet you this past (Monday, Sunday, whatever) at the (wherever you met him.) At your request, I'm attaching my resume to this email with the goal of securing a position within your organization.
