Does Yahoo mail still have an email card service for special occasions? They used to, but I cannot find link?

Yes, it's called "Greetings". If you don't see it in your yahoo toolbar, click on the %26gt;%26gt; at the end to see if it is in the drop down box.





If it's not there, click on the pencil in the yahoo toolbar and edit your preferences. Add the "Greeting" to you list of toolbar items.
