How can I find my password if I forgot my ID and have no alternate email?

I have 2 emails One if my personal and the other is sort of like a business one but I rarely use it. I wrote down the ID and Password but I lost the paper and I cant remember either one. Is there any way to find my password? I never used a credit card and I didnt make an alternate email.

Reply:Most on-line services provide an on-screen password temporary process if you don't have an alternate e-mail. With Yahoo answer those security questions and they will send you the information live on the screen be sure to write down the information 'cause the passwords are usually long.
