I was contacted by someone who said they were from ebay and offered me a second chance on an item I bid on because I was the next high bidder. They requested my user id, name, address %26amp; phone # and when I responded to them they now have my email address. I am concerned they ay try to bid on items using my personal info. they did not receive any money nor my credit card info.
I have been a victim of a scam who managed to get my email name and I would like to change it. How can I do it
