I just found the email of the person who was making fraudulent transactions on my credit card?

I called the company that was listed on my credit card statement. They stated that the transaction was a membership fee and the person had my mailing address!! Anyway, the customers service representative also gave me the email of the person who made this fraudulent transaction. And the culprit has a yahoo account. Has anyone else had this experience? If so how did you handle it and was the outcome?

File a police report as well as a complete report with your bank or credit card company. Then use this link to file an abuse complaint with Yahoo. You will have to pick the category you need to put this in and fill in the form. Make sure you can give them complete information. When you get to that point make sure you tell Yahoo you have or are, filing a police report and the police will expect their cooperation.

Reply:Report them to the police. Report to your credit card company that the transactions were fraudulent.
Reply:Check with your local law inforcement. Maybe they can contact yahoo and get more info on that e-mail. Also contact your bank and I hope you cancled your card. This company should also have the name of the person.
Reply:Abusive behavior which is not apparent in a question or answer should also be reported to the answers team at: y_answrs_team@yahoo.com for further investigation!
Reply:Have you contacted you credit card company to report it? That would be the first step in getting anything resolved.
Reply:I have insurance so matter how much they charged or got out of my account the Bank replaced it.

As for the culprit...he was never caught.
