I'm trying to subscribe so can send messages to members, when it comes time to bill my credit card it states that my credit card isn't valid. I know it is.

Make sure the numbers are correct. Also, some credit card companies won't allow you to make purchases to certain sites. There may be a FAQ on the site you're visiting that might help, or you could try calling them.
